Agreement to Terms. Your access to and use of https://jsmobilemechanic.com is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. By using the Site, you agree to these Terms in full.

Service Description. This Site describes Engine Oil Change, Synthetic Oil Change, Brake Pad Replacement, Brake Inspection provided by JS Mobile Mechanic. Estimates and quotes are issued separately and superseded by signed agreements.

Your Responsibilities. You agree to provide accurate information when requested, to keep account credentials secure, and to comply with applicable laws when using the Site.

Acceptable Use. You may not (a) use the Site for any unlawful purpose; (b) interfere with the operation of the Site; (c) attempt to access any non-public area; or (d) scrape, copy, or republish Site content without prior written permission.

Intellectual Property. All content on https://jsmobilemechanic.com, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of JS Mobile Mechanic or its licensors and is protected by U.S. and international copyright laws.

Fees. Quoted prices appear in your written service agreement. Payment timing and refund policies are governed by that agreement.

Termination. JS Mobile Mechanic may suspend or terminate your access to the Site at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that violates these Terms or for any other reason.

As-Is Basis. https://jsmobilemechanic.com is provided on an "as is" basis. JS Mobile Mechanic makes no warranty regarding completeness, reliability, or accuracy of information presented.

Cap on Damages. Liability of JS Mobile Mechanic arising under these Terms is limited, in total, to the fees paid by you in the prior 12-month period.

Defense Obligation. You will defend, indemnify, and hold JS Mobile Mechanic harmless from any third-party claim arising from your conduct on or in connection with the Site.

Applicable Law. These Terms are construed under IA law. The parties consent to venue and jurisdiction in IA for any related dispute.

Changes to Terms. We may update these Terms periodically. Changes are effective upon posting. Continued Site use after changes means you accept the revisions.
